CECILIA JONES, M.S., C.J., M.A., ED.
With more than two decades of experience in labor relations, workplace strategy, and organizational leadership, Cecilia Jones has dedicated her career to helping employers, labor organizations, nonprofit agencies, and public institutions build stronger, more productive workplaces. Throughout her career, Cecilia has served in key leadership roles, including Organizing Director, Senior Organizer, Coordinator, and Labor Relations Specialist. She has successfully led organizing campaigns, negotiated workplace solutions, represented employees in grievance and disciplinary matters, conducted workplace investigations, and developed leaders across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, higher education, public sector, nonprofit organizations, and private employers.
As the founder of Jones Labor Strategies, Cecilia partners with organizations to strengthen workplace culture, improve employee relations, develop effective leadership, resolve conflict, and implement practical strategies that promote long-term organizational success. Her consulting services include labor relations strategy, employment litigation support, workplace investigations, executive board training, collective bargaining support, leadership development, and organizational assessments. Known for her practical, solutions-focused approach, Cecilia helps leaders address workplace challenges proactively—before they become costly disputes.
